What you will learn:

What is Included:
A recipe booklet and instructions for taking home. A taste of fermented creations was prepared during the class, and some projects for you to finish at home. Experience Level: All skill levels are welcome.

Experience Level:  Suitable for adults 21 years and older, all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned cooks.

Class Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 3 days before your class date for a credit or refund. Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
