Second Course: Barbera Broccardo – Sweetbread Tonnato – Tuna – Amaranth – Caper

Third Course: Barolo Broccardo – Dry Aged Strip Steak – Shallot – Barolo Reduction

Fourth Course: Barbaresco la Spezia – Coniglio alla Cacciatora – Rabbit – Black Garlic – Black Olive

Specialty Dinner Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 3 days before your class date for a credit or refund. Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
