Indulge in an unforgettable 5-Course culinary journey and Bourbon pairing event.

Settle in with your Host and Bourbon Steward Michael Stanley as he expertly curates High West Distillery’s bourbon selections.  Along with you for the evening will be your culinary expert  renowned Chef Hari Cameron who will be harmonizing these spirits with his creativity in the Chef’s Kitchen right before your eyes. Elevate your palate amidst an atmosphere of refined sophistication, where every sip and bite unfolds a tale of unparalleled craftsmanship and culinary pleasure.

Menu:

Reception Bite (something to get started!):  Hari’s Scallop Terrine – Cocoa – Yuzu – Celery Root.  Paired with High West Distillery Old Fashioned with Cocoa Bitters

First Course:  Smoked Salmon – Potato – Leek – Roe.  
Second Course:  Grilled Duck – Bee Pollan – Bourbon Mustard
Third Course:  Local Asparagus – Smoked Pork Spread – Shaved Toast
Fourth Course:  Slow Cooked Short Rib – Toasted Popcorn Polenta – Hen of The Woods Mushroom
Fifth Course:  Brown Sugar Oak Mousse – High West Barbados Rum Barrel Bourbon Chocolate Balls Pecan

Specialty Dinner Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 3 days before your class date for a credit or refund. Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
