In the spirit of “Mezzogiorno,” where in Italy the radiance of the sun inspires both cuisine, wine, and friendship, join us for a five-course culinary symphony at The Chef’s Table at Touch Of Italy.

Host and Chef d Cusia, Peter Todd Scioli, curates a classic Italian menu that reflects the essence of Italy’s southern regions with creative infusions of the entire Italian peninsula. Witness the artistry in real time as Chef Peter prepares each course before you in the intimate setting of The Chef’s Table’s eat-in Kitchen.

Each course is paired with select wines from the region, and served with the insightful wisdom of our guest host Paul Karp with Vintage Imports 



First Course – Bruschetta with cannellini beans and sweet sausage.

Second Course – Tagliatelle with a rich gourmet mushroom ragu

Third Course – Stuffed tomatoes with house made Bolognese sauce and risotto.

Fourth Course – Pork Braciole. Tender pork pounded thin and filled with broccoli rabe and provolone.

Fifth Course – Ricotta Cheesecake finished with a crunchy hazelnut topping.
