Curated for discerning palates, this exclusive dinner showcases the finest Braveheart Black Angus dry-aged steaks (the leading standard in beef) with accompaniments perfectly prepared right before your eyes by the charismatic and talented  Chef d Cusia Peter Scioli and  guided by Bourbon Steward Mike Stanley on an in depth tasting journey of his handpicked rare bourbons and elite cabernet wines.

Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
