Join us for an unforgettable summer evening at Mike Stanley’s Rare & Elite Bourbon Dinner III. This exclusive dinner will showcase a meticulously curated selection of rare bourbons paired with a masterfully crafted five-course meal by renowned chef Hari Cameron. Guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy unobtainable aged treasures. Each bourbon will be complemented by a dish designed to enhance its distinct character, making this a gastronomic adventure not to be missed.

Amuse Bouche: Carne crudo – egg yolk – parsley

First Course: Charred corn – wheat berries – heirloom tomato

Second Course: Grilled octopus – ink aioli – celery

Third Course: Grano arso mafadine pasta – braised duck – porcini – pecorino

Fourth Course: Dry aged ribeye – eggplant – onion – sumac

Fifth Course:  Textures of chocolate – gold – bourbon caramel
