The menu will blend traditional Italian flavors with inventive flair, thoughtfully paired with a wine from Conti di San Bonifacio, enhancing the dining experience.
 
First Course: Handmade Burrata; A Pasta filata with a creamy stracciatella center—simple yet luxurious.  Paired with a Conti Di San Bonifacio Prosecco—a crisp, bubbly choice that cuts through the richness.
 
Second Course: Italian Sushi; A playful twist with mortadella, Parma cotto ham, Genoa salami, spicy Coppa, provolone, sun-dried peppers, and long hot peppers rolled sushi-style into medallions. Paired with Conti Di San Bonifacio Pinot Grigio—light and refreshing, balancing the bold cured meats and peppers.
 
Third Course: Pork Milanese; Lightly pounded pork tenderloin, breaded, fried, and topped with an arugula, onion, and sweet peppadew salad.  Paired with Conti Di San Bonifacio Rosé—its bright acidity and subtle fruitiness complement the fried pork and tangy salad.
 
Fourth Course: Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe Bolognese; A fusion of creamy, peppery cacio e pepe with a hearty Bolognese sauce, featuring Pecorino Romano, tender meat, tomatoes, and herbs. Paired with Conti Di San Bonifacio Docet— a robust red to match the dish’s depth and richness.
 
Fifth Course: Sicilian Cannoli; Classic cannoli shells filled with sweet ricotta, candied orange peel, and Amaro-soaked sour black cherries. Paired with Conti Di San Bonifacio Sangiovese—a versatile red with enough structure and fruit to pair with the dessert’s sweetness and complexity.2

Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
