Bourbon Steward Michael Stanley has set aside some of the best allocations of 2024 and saved them just for this evening! Featuring and guiding tasting of rare pours from the Van Winkle and Buffalo Trace Antique Collection!

Chef d’ Cusia Peter Scioli has planned a fantastic 5-course dinner menu combining classics with new inventive ideas from his inspirational culinary journey – including his travels in Italy!

Experience it all at The Chef’s Table at Touch Of Italy.

Menu:

First Course: Sicilian Caponata Bisque – Eggplant caponata with celery, tomatoes, capers. pine nuts and served with house made croutons

Second Course: Arancini – Bolognese stuffed Arancini served with a spicy blush sauce

Third Course: Zucchini Lasagna – Layers of fresh zucchini, pasta, and bechamel make up this delicious white lasagna that Chef Peter Scioli perfected in Italy.

Fourth Course: Top Chop – Bone in pork chop smothered with mushrooms and a Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Fifth Course:  “Old Fashioned” Cannoli – A creation by our Bourbon Steward Michael Stanley, this takes the humble cannoli and infuses it with the classic Old-Fashioned cocktail. Bourbon infused ricotta, candied orange, sour black cherries.

Specialty Dinner Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 3 days before your class date for a credit or refund. Cancellations within three days of the class date can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know. Please allow 7 business days for group cancellations of 4 people or more.
