The West Coast suffused journey begins with Lobster Gougeres, followed by 5 creative courses that highlight renowned West Coast flavors with Mid-Atlantic provisions like fresh seafood, tender meats, and artful accompaniments. Each course perfectly paired with exceptional wines to elevate every bite. The evening concludes with a refined red wine-poached pear, hazelnut praline, and chocolate ganache dessert.

Unshackled Sparkling Brut by The Prisoner Wine Company is perfect for every celebration. More specifically, it is brut-style California wine featuring an aromatic profile driven by floral notes and minerality and offering bright flavors of green and Fuji apples and Asian pear.
Pairing 1: 2022 BLINDFOLD BLANC DE NOIR.
Still, white-pressed pinot noir with notes of fresh, in-season citrus, white flower, white peach, a hint of tart cranberry. Delicate but lively, elegant, zesty & bright. This wine is made from mostly pinot noir with small amounts of Viognier and Gewurztraminer.
Pairing 2: 2021 THE PRISONER CHARDONNAY
The Prisoner Chardonnay – a distinct and daring new wine crafted in the same iconic style as The Prisoner Red Blend. This Napa Valley Chardonnay redefines taste with indulgent notes of baked apple, creamy crème brûlée, and a touch of toasted oak. A bold new addition crafted in the iconic style of Napa Valley’s most recognized red blend, The Prisoner. This full-bodied Cabernet redefines taste with rich flavors of ripe plum, dried blackberries, and vanilla, accented by layers of nutmeg and warm baking spices. The nose opens with notes of blackberry, currant, and plum, leading into a palate with impressive concentration, powdery fine tannins, and a long, flavorful finish. Aged for 15 months in 55% new French and American oak barrels, this 2021 vintage (15.0% ABV) is a complex blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petite Sirah, embodying depth and a memorable Napa Valley character.

The Prisoner Wine Company proudly donates 3% of Red Blend sales to The Center for Art & Advocacy, supporting creativity and community. Inspired by the wines crafted by Italian immigrants in Napa Valley, The Prisoner Red Blend has become the most recognized red blend, redefining tradition with an unexpected mix of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah, and Charbono. The wine opens with bright aromas of raspberry, vanilla, and coconut, leading to complex flavors of fresh and dried blackberry, pomegranate, and vanilla for a smooth, luscious finish. Aromas of Bing cherry, dark chocolate, clove, and roasted fig add depth, while its robust profile is the result of careful aging in French and American oak, with 30% new barrels. This 2022 vintage (15.2% ABV) embodies a bold blend that speaks to a legacy of collaboration with growers across Napa Valley, including Solari Family Vineyard and Korte Ranch, each with deep-rooted traditions that enhance every bottle.
