Join Chef Hari Cameron for an immersive class on knife skills at The Chef’s Table. In that time you will be introduced to the art of precision cutting, including safe handling, expert sharpening, and mastering classic cuts.  In addition, you will:

  • Discover the diverse types of knives and their uses
  • Select the right tool for each task
  • Delve into the world of French knife techniques
  • Apply your skills as we cook up delicious recipes using your expertly prepared ingredients

Perfect for enhancing culinary prowess and practical skills in a fun and engaging environment. A treasured class for anyone looking to enhance their kitchen expertise!

Class length:  3 hours

All supplies included.  Participants are welcome to bring their own cutlery.  

Participants must be 18 years to attend,  All materials to complete this class included.  Soft Drinks and Wine will be served.  No one under 21 years of age will be served alcohol.
