Starter: Horchata de Morro Cocktail
First Course: Chicken Empanadas Handmade pastry stuffed with slow cooked chicken and served with Guatemalan creme, traditional hot sauces, mixed greens, and fresh cheese. Paired with Ramon Canals Onna, Xarel.lo, Pendes, Spain.
Second Course: Posole Rojo- Traditional soup made with pork, beef, hominy, cilantro, jalapeño, and tostados. Paired with Campos Reale, Tempranillo, La Mancha, Spain.

Fourth Course: Pupusas – Handmade pupusas with braised pork shoulder, frijol, ad queso served with family recipe salsa and fermented cortado. Paired with Ramon Canals, Siana Red Blend, Garnacha & Saso, Montsant, Spain.
Fifth Course: Fried plantains with leche poleada, raisins and fresh ground cinnamon. Paired with ont Paral, Cava Vintage Rose, Barcelono, Spain.

Cancellations within three days of the event can’t be refunded due to ingredient costs. If you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your time slot to someone else; just let us know.
