Step into the warmth of Sicilian hospitality for one unforgettable evening at The Chef’s Table at Touch of Italy. An intimate affair awaits as Chef Peter Scioli and Vincenzo “Enzo” Schiano of Impero Wine present Touch of Sicily’s luxurious five-course wine dinner celebrating the soul of the Mediterranean.

From the first sip of Prosecco Nino Ardevi to the last indulgence of a delicate Brioche con Gelato, this evening is a tribute to the rich culinary heritage of Sicily. Savor Sfincione toast points, crisp and golden, layered with anchovies, Caciocavallo cheese, and aromatic oregano. Delight in handcrafted arancini, bursting with beef, pork, veal, and fresh mozzarella, before indulging in the bold flavors of Coponata di Pesce, where swordfish meets the sweet and tangy allure of Sicilian caponata. The highlight of the evening, Sicilian Braciola, offers tender braised veal, filled with a savory blend of Parmesan, pine nuts, breadcrumbs, and raisins, each bite melting into the depth of a Vento Nero D’Avola pairing.

Every dish, each sip of carefully curated Sicilian wine, transports you to the rolling vineyards and sun-drenched coasts of Italy’s most captivating island. This intimate dining experience is extremely limited, ensuring an evening of unparalleled exclusivity.

Starter: 

Antipasti – A selection of savory Sicilian starters.   Paired with Prosecco Nino Ardevi.

First Course: Sfincione toast points: Anchovy, Cacicavallo cheese, red sauce, onions , oregano.  Paired with Vento Grillo

Second Course:  Arancini: Seasoned Rice Balls stuffed with Beef, pork , veal peas and fresh mozzarella.  Paired with Vento Pinot Noir

Third Course:  Coponata di Pesce: Sicilian caponata topped with Swordfish.  Paired with Vento Nero D’Avola Appassimento

Fourth Course:  Sicilian Braciola: Tender braised veal filled with parmesan cheese, pine nuts, bread crumb, and raisins.  Paired with Vento Nero D’Avola

Fifth Course:  Brioche Con Gelato: Brioche bun stuffed with Gelato.  Paired with Vento Moscato

Specialty Dinner Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel, please contact us by email at least 3 days before your class date for a credit or refund.
