Step into a realm of culinary artistry and fine wine at The Chef’s Table, featuring Chef d’ Cusia Peter Scioli and the expertly curated selections of Bogle Wines, brought to you by Vintage Imports.

This exclusive one-night-only event pairs a decadent five-course menu with the finest wines from the Juggernaut and Bogle portfolios, creating a symphony of flavors for discerning palates.

 The Menu:

  • First Course: Italian Chopped Salad with chickpeas, fresh mozzarella, provolone, and pepperoncini.
  • Second Course: Stuffed Calamari filled with shrimp and crab over linguine.
  • Third Course: Scarole e Fagioli with white beans, crumbled lamb sausage, and escarole in a white wine thyme sauce.
  • Fourth Course: Tomato-Braised Pork Chops with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms, black olives, and tomato sauce.
  • Fifth Course: Ricotta Cheesecake topped with fresh whipped cream and orange zest.
